This notice covers only this page and the Breakthrough Session request form on it. It does not cover the Innertune app or innertune.com, which have their own privacy policy, and it does not cover what Achieve Today does with your information after we pass it to them.
Information you type in. Your name, email address, phone number (with the country code you pick), your preferred time of day for a call, and your answers to the six session questions: the area of life you feel most blocked in, how long it has felt that way, what you have already tried, what you think is really holding you back, what would change first, and how ready you feel.
About the "what is really holding you back" question. That box is free text and it is optional. Because it asks you to describe how you feel, what you write may reveal information about your mental or emotional wellbeing. You choose what to put in it. Please do not include medical history, a diagnosis, medication, or details about other people. Write as much or as little as you want, or skip it. Where the law treats this kind of information as sensitive, we rely on the explicit consent you give when you tick the consent box, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Information collected automatically. When you load the page, our hosting and security provider Cloudflare gives us your IP address, your approximate location (country, region, city and postal or ZIP code), your timezone, and your browser and device type (user agent). We also record the page address you were on and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, fbclid, and an internal source code).
Anti-spam signals. We record how long you took to complete the form and whether a hidden field was filled in, so we can discard automated submissions.
Your consent record. We store the exact wording of the consent you agreed to, its version number, and the date and time, together with the phone number and email address it applies to.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, government identifiers, or account passwords on this page.
We do not make any decision about you by purely automated means that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you. Nothing on this page is automated profiling: a human coach reads your answers.
Achieve Today (Utah, United States). We send Achieve Today your name, email address, phone number, city, region, postal or ZIP code, country, timezone, preferred call time, and your six answers, including your free-text answer word for word, so the coach who calls you can prepare.
Achieve Today is an independent controller, not our supplier. That means they decide for themselves how they use your information once they have it. They use it to run your free session and to present and sell their own paid coaching programs, under their own privacy policy and their own terms. Their use of your information is their responsibility, and requests about their records should be sent to them. We will help you reach them if you ask.
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this page and stores our lead records in its database service on our behalf, as our processor. Records may be stored in the United States or in other locations in Cloudflare's global network.
Internal alerting. When a lead is delivered we send ourselves a short automated notification containing only a first name, through a messaging tool used by our team.
We do not sell your information to data brokers, we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists, and we do not share it with advertising networks from this page.
One thing you should know: Achieve Today pays us a share of the revenue if you later buy one of their programs. Because we are paid, our disclosure of your information to Achieve Today may be treated as a "sale" or as "sharing" of personal information under some United States state privacy laws. If you do not want that, do not submit the form, or email us at support@innertune.com and we will delete your record and stop the hand-off if the call has not happened yet.
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, and to a buyer or successor if our business is sold, in which case this notice continues to apply.
We are in Canada. Achieve Today is in the United States. Cloudflare stores data in the United States and other countries. So your information leaves your country.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland: the United States has not been recognised as offering the same level of data protection as your home country in general terms. This means that once your information is in the United States, United States authorities may in some circumstances be able to access it, and your rights and remedies there may be weaker than at home. There is no European or United Kingdom adequacy decision that we are relying on for this transfer.
We make this transfer on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you tick the consent box after reading this warning (Article 49(1)(a) of the EU GDPR and the equivalent United Kingdom provision). The transfer is necessary because a real coach in the United States has to call you. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing support@innertune.com, although we cannot undo a transfer that has already happened.
Where Achieve Today is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or has signed the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses with us, we rely on that instead and you may request a copy of the relevant safeguards from support@innertune.com.
Canada, where we are based, has been recognised by the European Commission as providing adequate protection for personal data transferred to Canadian commercial organisations.
If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, subject only to the consent record and opt-out list above, which exist to protect you and us. Achieve Today keeps its own copy under its own retention rules, which we do not control.
Calls to you are dialled by hand by a person at Achieve Today, during reasonable local hours only. Texts may be sent using automated technology.
To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. To stop calls, tell the coach on the call, or email support@innertune.com. You can also withdraw your consent for everything, at any time, by emailing support@innertune.com from the address you used or naming the phone number you gave us. We will act on any clear request, however you send it, and we will pass your request to Achieve Today. Please allow up to 10 business days for it to take effect everywhere.
Withdrawing consent is free and has no consequence other than that we and Achieve Today stop contacting you.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to:
Europe and the United Kingdom. The rights above are Articles 15 to 22 of the EU GDPR and the United Kingdom GDPR.
Canada. Under PIPEDA and equivalent provincial laws you may access and correct your personal information, ask about our handling of it, and complain to us first and then to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
United States. If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia or another state with a comparable law, you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete and port your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing and of targeted advertising. California residents may also make a "Shine the Light" request. We honour Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sale and sharing where the law requires it. This page does not respond to Do Not Track browser signals, because no common standard exists.
Email support@innertune.com from the email address you gave us, or tell us the phone number you entered, so we can find your record. We do not charge for this and we do not require an account. We aim to reply within 30 days, and within any shorter period the law where you live requires. If we need more information to identify you we will ask for the least we can.
You may use an authorised agent where the law allows it. We may ask for proof of the agent's authority.
Please contact us first at support@innertune.com so we can try to fix it.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In the European Economic Area, that is the supervisory authority for the country where you live, work, or where the issue arose. A list is published by the European Data Protection Board at edpb.europa.eu. In the United Kingdom it is the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. In Canada it is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca. In Australia it is the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, and in New Zealand the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
This page sets no cookies of its own. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no chat widget, and no third-party scripts of any kind. Nothing is stored in your browser's local storage. We do not track you across other websites and there is nothing here to opt out of, which is why you do not see a cookie banner.
The only cookies you may receive are set by Cloudflare, our hosting and security provider, to tell real visitors apart from bots and to protect the page from attack (for example a cookie named __cf_bm, which lasts about 30 minutes, and cf_clearance if you are shown a security check). These are strictly necessary to deliver the page you asked for. They are not used for advertising or for building a profile of you, and under European and United Kingdom cookie rules they do not require your consent. We disclose them here so you know they exist. If we ever add analytics or advertising technology to this page, we will ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
The page is served only over an encrypted connection. Lead records are stored in an access-controlled database, and the internal page we use to review leads requires a token. Access is limited to the small number of people who need it. Achieve Today is responsible for security on its own systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This page and the Breakthrough Session are for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to submit the form. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted the form, email support@innertune.com and we will delete the record.
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. If the change is significant and affects information we already hold, we will contact you where we can, and where the law requires it we will ask for your consent again.
