The Breakthrough Session is a free one-on-one phone conversation. There is nothing to buy to claim it and we do not ask for payment details.
The session is not provided by us. It is provided by Achieve Today, our coaching partner in Utah, United States. A coach employed or engaged by Achieve Today calls you, runs the session, and decides its content, length and scheduling. We simply pass on your request.
What happens on the call. The session is a real conversation about where you feel stuck. It is also a sales conversation: during or after the session the coach will describe Achieve Today's paid coaching programs and may invite you to buy one. You are never obliged to buy anything, and you can end the call at any time. We tell you this up front so it is not a surprise.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You must be the person who owns the phone number you give us, or have the account holder's permission to give it. You must give accurate information about yourself: we and Achieve Today rely on it, and a session booked with someone else's contact details may be cancelled.
One session per person. We may decline, cancel or not pass on any request, for any lawful reason, without giving a reason.
Sessions are offered in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and much of Europe, because a coach has to be able to phone you. If you are outside those countries the form will not accept your request. Availability can change at any time and is always subject to coach availability. Nothing on this page is an offer in any country where the offer would be unlawful.
Your session, and anything you later buy from Achieve Today, is a matter between you and Achieve Today, under their terms, their privacy policy, their pricing, their refund policy and their guarantees, if any. We are not a party to that relationship, we do not control it, we do not take payment for it, and we are not responsible for it. Questions about the session itself, about a program you bought, about billing, cancellation or refunds should go to Achieve Today.
This page and the session are personal development and education. They are not medical care, mental health care, therapy, diagnosis, counselling, financial advice, investment advice or legal advice, and no coach is acting as your doctor, therapist, financial adviser or lawyer. Nothing said on the call is a substitute for professional help. Do not delay or stop professional treatment because of anything you read here or hear on the call.

Your results depend on you and on many things outside anyone's control.
We are not paid for the session and you pay us nothing. Achieve Today pays Innertune Media Inc. a share of the revenue if you later buy one of their coaching programs. This is a real financial interest and it is why we make this offer. It does not change your price and it does not oblige you to buy anything. We disclose it so you can weigh what you read here accordingly.
You keep whatever rights you have in what you type into the form. You give us permission to store it, to pass it to Achieve Today so a coach can prepare, and to use it in aggregated or de-identified form to improve this page. You confirm that what you submit is your own, that it is accurate, and that you are not submitting anyone else's personal information. Do not submit anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
The text, design, layout, code, graphics, names, logos and marks on this page belong to Innertune Media Inc. or are used with permission. "Mindset Vibrations" and "Innertune" are our brands. You may read and share the page as it is. You may not copy, republish, scrape, data-mine, resell, frame or build a derivative page from our content without our written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. "Achieve Today" and any other third-party names belong to their owners.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, INNERTUNE MEDIA INC., ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS PAGE, YOUR SESSION REQUEST, ANY CALL OR TEXT MESSAGE, OR ANYTHING ACHIEVE TODAY DOES OR FAILS TO DO, WHETHER OR NOT WE WERE WARNED THE LOSS WAS POSSIBLE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THIS PAGE OR THE BREAKTHROUGH SESSION, IN AGGREGATE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD 100) AND (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE ACTUALLY PAID TO INNERTUNE MEDIA INC. IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PAGE, WHICH IS NORMALLY NOTHING.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory local consumer protection law. If you are a consumer in Quebec, the European Union or the United Kingdom, these limits apply only so far as the law where you live permits.
If a third party brings a claim against us because you gave us someone else's contact details without permission, submitted false information, or used this page unlawfully or in breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable direct losses and legal costs arising from that claim. This does not apply to anything caused by our own act or omission, and it does not apply where the law where you live does not permit it.

We may change these terms at any time. The version in force is the one shown on this page, with its effective date at the top, when you submit the form. We may change, suspend or withdraw this page or the Breakthrough Session offer at any time, without notice and without liability. We will not apply a change retroactively to a request you have already submitted in a way that reduces your rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The courts of the Province of Quebec have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
If you are a consumer, this does not take away your right to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, or the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep the protections of your local law.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the smallest extent necessary and the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not lose it. These terms and our Privacy Policy, together with our Calling and SMS Terms, are the whole agreement between you and us about this page, and they replace anything said earlier about it. We may transfer these terms to another company as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business. You may not transfer them. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between you and us, or between us and Achieve Today. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
