Calling and SMS Terms

Effective July 28, 2026. These Calling and SMS Terms form part of our Terms of Use and apply when you tick the consent box on breakthrough.mindsetvibrations.com.

What you are agreeing to receive

By ticking the consent box and submitting the form, you agree that Innertune Media Inc. (Mindset Vibrations) and its coaching partner Achieve Today may contact you at the phone number you gave us about your Breakthrough Session. That includes:

• Phone calls to arrange and run your free session, and calls in which Achieve Today describes and offers its paid coaching programs;
• Text messages about your session, including reminders, scheduling, follow-up and offers relating to Achieve Today's coaching programs. Texts may be sent using automated technology, including an automatic telephone dialing system or similar equipment.

This is a marketing program as well as a service program, and your consent covers both.

How calls are placed

Calls are dialled by hand by a person at Achieve Today. We do not use an autodialer, a robocall, a prerecorded voice message or an artificial voice to call you. Calls are placed only between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm in your own local time, and never on a Sunday.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on how your session and any follow-up go. There is no fixed schedule and no recurring daily program.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply to every message you send or receive, depending on your mobile plan. Neither we nor Achieve Today charges you a fee for calls or texts. Ask your carrier about your plan.

How to stop texts

Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. You will get one confirmation message and then no more.

How to get help

Reply HELP or INFO to any text message, or email support@innertune.com. A reply to HELP will tell you the program name, how to reach support, and how to opt out.

How to stop calls, and how to withdraw consent completely

Tell the coach on the call to stop calling you, or email support@innertune.com from the address you used, or naming the phone number you gave us, and say you want calls and texts to stop. You do not have to use any particular words or channel: we will honour any reasonable request to stop, however you make it, and we will pass it to Achieve Today. Please allow up to 10 business days for it to take effect on every system. Withdrawing consent is free and costs you nothing else.

Consent is not a condition

Your consent to calls and texts is not a condition of buying anything. You are not required to agree to receive automated texts in order to buy any product or service from Innertune Media Inc. or Achieve Today. If you do not want calls or texts, do not submit the form: a Breakthrough Session is a phone call, so we cannot deliver it without contacting you.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and you must be the account holder of the phone number you submit or have the account holder's express permission to give it to us. Do not enter someone else's number.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and neither we nor Achieve Today guarantees that any message or call will be delivered, on time or at all. Service is not available on every carrier or in every country.

Our record of your consent

We store the exact wording you agreed to, its version number, and the date and time you agreed, together with the phone number and email address it applies to. We keep that record for 5 years so we can show you asked to be contacted. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may change these Calling and SMS Terms at any time. The version in force is the one shown here, with its effective date, when you submit the form.
